Subject: has anyone written 'make' utility in Icon

I am wondering if anyone has written 'make' using Icon.
Not wishing to reinvent the wheel, I checked the Icon Programming Library,
but saw nothing there that seemed to be like 'make'.
Yes, I understand the operating-system-specific implications, but I have
always been able to get a lot of mileage out of the system(s) call.
